3. What type of file should i submit? any restriction about the size?

Hi Popnicute,
Answering your questions...
1. Yes, you will get paid if we decide to publish your tutorial. The rate you get paid is determined by the editor, and something you'll have to discuss with her should we decide to use the tutorial.
2. If your tutorial gets published, you are entitled to 4 gratis copies, and I'd send you more ordering information around the time the issue is being published.
3. First, if you can send me a clear and larger photo of your project, I'd appreciate it. (sgraham (at) interweave.com). Then I'll submit it to the editor, who will determine if it's a good match for the magazine. Then, we'll let you know how to proceed.
Should your project be accepted, here are the guidelines, http://www.stepbystepwire.com/wire/wire-writersguidelines.pdf.
We will need a text file of the written project in Microsoft Word (an older version, like 2003 is preferred), and photos (either jpg or tiff) at least 3" x 3" in size at 300 dpi (high resolution). Do not crop or edit/Photoshop photos...if the photos are bigger than 3" x 3" that's fine. Please do not embed the photos in a Word file as they will be unusable to publish. We recommend that you send at least one photo for every step, and label them clearly so we know what photo goes with what step. We also require you submit a head shot and a short bio.
If anyone else has questions about submitting to our magazine, or would like to propose a tutorial please don't hesitate to contact me at sgraham (at) interweave.com
Thank you,

sure :D
Oh Kay!! I just now saw this. I know it is way past the deadline. If you are still giving any out free, can I get one? and if so, how do I get it. I don't mean to sound like I am kissing up but I love your work and your unique style. I would be interested in paying for a couple tutorials from you depending on the project. I have seen some of your work I would definately pay for instructions on. :) And don't worry, I do not copy work, I would just like to learn some of your techniques.

Don't know if she's seen this, but I know all her tutorials are available on her ArtFire/Etsy sites, and they're not expensive. I have them all and they're very well written with plenty of pics.
Not trying to advertise or anything, but I'm definitely supportive of my fellow artists-I love her work too. :)
