I didn't have to make my own, I just asked for a cheesecake birthday cake. MMMMmmm cheesecake. I love it.

I've had a craving for pumpkin muffins lately so I made some the other night. They were heavenly. Made some with raisins, some without, topped with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans. Mmmmm again!

Now stop that-you're making me hungry!  We went to a pumpkin festival in a town that's famous for it a couple weeks ago and ate all kinds of yummy pumpkin-related things-pastries, baguette, bread sticks, beer, and we still have some fresh pumpkin ravioli that we haven't decided on a sauce for yet.

I second you on the cheesecake, and the cream cheese frosting.  Yum!

I'm sorry that we missed this, but happy belated birthday from Pam and I. It looks like you had a good one though. I'm a big cheesecake fan myself and that's a nice present in and of itself. Again, I apologize for missing this one.

Pam's been laid up and hasn't been online much and I've been busy taking her around to docs appointments and hospital tests. Bloodwork, ekg, chest x-rays, the works. We have to be at the hospital at 6:30 in the morning for prep and her surgery is scheduled for 8:00. Sorry for the hijack, but please say an extra prayer for her. Thanks.

 She's done with it and everything went well. She is in some pain, but that's to be expected. I came home to take a nap and let her get some rest too. Thanks everyone!
