I've been to her website before, as I recognize some of her patterns. But I don't have any of them, so sorry that I can't be of more help. Do you just want to know about the quality of the instructions or want to have some of them?

Sorry, I only have the free Swarovski tennis bracelet one. It is SO EASY! If the rest of her patterns have such well done instructions, I can see that I'l have to break down and buy some for ME and NOT the store! <LOL> I don't usually do seed beads, but I'm finding more and more things I can do with the little suckers besides Kumihimo and it's getting SCARY!

She has a wonderful website. All her patterns are downloadable which means immediate delivery. She does a newsletter and frequently has sales. I have so many of her patterns--she just keeps cranking them out. Enjoy!

I visited her website and asked permission to distribute that Swarovski tennis bracelet pattern in my store. She very graciously gave me permission to reprint and distribute the pattern to my customers. She's a very nice and talented lady.
There is at least one free pattern on Ruby's Beadwork: http://www.rubysbeadwork.com/Thumbnails.html
Everyone in my beading group made this bracelet several years ago. It was wonderful to see how different it lloked in the various colors we chose.
I have one of her books, also: Crystal Lace Necklaces. It is outstanding!
I bought loads of her patterns last year which I downloaded to my laptop. Unforunately, I only made up two of them then my laptop died so I 'aquired' hubbies which he doesn't use during the week:( I've got a spanking new one now but no patterns (sob, sob). They are excellent so if you like what you see I would bite the bullet,go ahead and buy them.:)
you might contact Sandra and see if she'll resend them to you since you did pay for them. just explain - it can't hurt.
2 options to avoid future problems (and i learned the hard way) is #1 print the pattern out or #2 get a stand alone hard drive (usually under $100)
