I have made a necklace and earring set based on a design from the Oct-Nov issue of Step by Step Beads. There is no email or website information given for the designer, although her bio is given. How do I acquire her permission to post an item on Etsy.com based upon her design?

You could search the internet to see if you can find a contact for the designer. If not, then I would contact the magazine and advise them that you are trying to contact the person to get their permission. They will have a contact. They will probably forward your request on and not give you the specific contact information. However, you should get a reply either from the magazine and hopefully the designer.
