On Jean's blog this morning she announced her upcoming retreat, next March in San Francisco.
I cannot think of a better way to spend a weekend than beading with Jean, Marcia DeCoster and Maggie Meister in my fave city. However, it's beyond my bank account right now but if it's something you can afford I'd say not to miss it.

Maybe next time Jean.
Oh! Thanks, for sharing this information. It does look inviting doesn't it.
I will need an "Angel Banker" to come up with those figures. I will put it on my "Treasure Map", and cross my fingers.

That does sound like great fun, my kids are out of school for those days, their grandfather lives nearby & its almost his birthday... now if only I was a beadweaver
I'm sure that those that do go will have a fantastic time... maybe someday I will try beadweaving

It's the wrong bay, y'all! I live in Italy, remember? Someone needs to come do one of these workshops in Venice, and I would make every effort to be there. That would be way fun-I love San Francisco. One of my favorite cities, right next to New Orleans.

Yes, definitely the wrong bay, although I'd love to see San Francisco. I even know the Crowne Plaza Hotel from booking it for my colleagues going there for business trips. It would be so much fun to visit this event and meet up with some of you. Thanks for sharing this, Mikki!

It's a shame you have to be rich to go to one of these events...or just a shame I'm not rich...lol! I'm hoping my business builds so I can do one of these...it would be a business expense...right?
It's during our busy season and I don't dare abandon Mike that long! He'd either have the customers in revolt or he'd have himself a harem and I'd be afraid to come home and find out which it was! <LOL>
