I apologize for my outburst yesterday. It won't happen again.

ahhh Shucks! Billy, I missed it yesterday. Your regular contribution to this forum, far out ranks anything you could possibly say in one post.

The only thing I wouldn't have written was the headline!
I answered your post and I meant everything I said, including that I want a first class product for a first class price, no matter what brand name it carries.

Ok, I know now but I still don't understand how that's an outburst. I thought it was ok to voice opinions on brands/products we use.

I saw the thread and I wasn't offended. Maybe not have titled it that way, but quite frankly if there is an inferior product I like to know about it. Regardless of whether or not Beading Daily sells ad spots for that brand, It shouldn't have a barring on discussing how every product works or doesn't on these boards.

It wasn't anything major. I just went off about my displeasure in using a certain name-branded product. It just happens that the producer of this product is one of the BIG advertisers in Interweave's publications. Well, apparantly they don't like people talking trash about their product no matter how inferior that it might be. *cynical grinz* I got a VERY stern warning and almost lost my moderator's position in the process. I'm kind of on probation now. Leslie did go to bat for me so I wouldn't lose my position and be banned even, and I really appreciate that. Who'd thunk that one lowly amateur jewelry maker could raise such a stink for stating an opinion? Not me for sure, but I apparantly DID strike a nerve and get someone's attention. Oh well, it's over and done with and no love lost. Not from me anyway. *grinz* I can't speak for any of the other parties or staff.

Billy,
I agree with Ruthie - I'd like to know, too.
